Nasal Tip Rhinoplasty

This patient went through the process of reconstructive septorhinoplasty, due to a severe injury of a horse trampling her face. This injury resulted in complete stenosis or scarring of her nostril. A graft was taken from the patients ear to rebuild the tip of her nose and wider her nostril.
