This young female in her 20’s was looking for a very refined nasal shape. She discussed her concerns and goals for surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon at his Toronto clinic. She underwent a scarless, closed rhinoplasty to provide a slope to the nasal bridge, refine and lift the nasal tip and reduce the projection of the nose from the face.
