Before and after open rhinoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient came to us after experiencing severe trauma to her nose. She had undergone a primary rhinoplasty with another surgery but wasn’t happy with the outcome. We used a rib graft to give greater support and to achieve better definition. Our patient wanted a more feminine nasal shape that were in harmony with her other facial features.
