This 38 year old fitness professional expressed his desire to modify a few areas of concern; his dorsal hump, drooping nasal tip, bridge length, and the projection of his nose. We accomplished all of his goals with a closed rhinoplasty where all incisions are made internally. Nasal surgery, aka, a nose job can improve ones’ self-esteem considerably. This gentleman was very pleased with his new nasal shape. His nose will continue to heal and refine over the course of the year. Before and after closed rhinoplasty pictures are 6 weeks apart.
