Before and After Closed Rhinoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. This 16 year old female underwent a closed rhinoplasty to address her dorsal hump (bump) and the position of her nasal tip. She also wanted to reshape her nasal bridge. We carried out a closed rhinoplasty in a 90 minute procedure. Our young patient was very pleased with the outcome of her rhinoplasty surgery and how the nose has changed, becoming more refined throughout the healing process. Rhinoplasty surgery is performed under general anesthesia; splint is in place for 7-10 days. Before and after rhinoplasty pictures are 7 months apart.
