This lovely 27 year old female rhinoplasty patient, also wanted to improve her facial harmony. Dr. Philip Solomon discussed the addition of a silicone chin implant to provide more balance to her facial structure and more projection to her chin. In combining closed rhinoplasty surgery with chin augmentation, she achieved a more harmonious profile. Her before and after rhinoplasty and chin implant surgery pictures were taken 6 weeks apart.
