Before and after Closed Rhinoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. This young man shared his concerns about the overall size of his nose and wanted a masculine and natural reshaping of his nasal appearance. Dr. Solomon performed a scarless rhinoplasty to address all of his concerns. His dorsal hump has been removed and replaced with a straight nasal bridge.
