Before and after Closed Rhinoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. This 22 year old female came to us looking for a significant change to the shape of her nose. She underwent reductive rhinoplasty to reduce the dorsal hump as well as shorten and narrow the nasal bridge. Our patient also wanted a significant slope and a considerable lift to the nasal tip.
