Her main concerns were her dorsal hump (bump) and the projection of her nose. Using the intra-nasal approach, we trimmed cartilage and reshaped the nasal bone to achieve this very feminine and natural looking nasal appearance. Dr. Solomon has been performing rhinoplasty surgery for over 2 decades to patients of all ethnic grounds, with varying aesthetic concerns. Before and after rhinoplasty pictures are 7 weeks apart.
