This joyful young Asian young woman had been treated with a non-surgical rhinoplasty prior to choosing to undergo Rhinoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon. Dr. Solomon discussed options to improve her nasal appearance which included a synthetic implant or a natural rib graft. This patient opted for a cadaveric rib graft to help reshape her nose. A nasal tip plasty was also carried out to reposition and feminize the nasal tip. Her before and after Asian Rhinoplasty pictures were taken 5 weeks apart at Dr. Solomon’s Toronto clinic.
